Montel, a pioneer of high-density mobile storage shelving system solutions, is pleased to announce that Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, LLC has selected Montel’s QuadraMobile storage system to store binders at its new facility in Greensburg, Indiana. In conjunction with Montel’s Authorized Distributor, Professional Filing Systems, this contract will be for the supply and installation of Montel’s carriages and SmartShelf 4-Post hybrid shelving.
Modular, expandable and portable, the QuadraMobile system is mounted on a movable carriage allowing Honda Manufacturing future expansion and easy relocation. Offering flexibility and functionality, the QuadraMobile is the most versatile storage system in the industry. With its four-direction expansion capabilities, it clearly has more advantages than a conventional filing system and can offer up to four times more storage in the same amount of space.
Designed to be the most adaptable storage shelving system in the industry, the SmartShelf can be configured and reconfigured at any time to satisfy changing storage needs and space availability, enabling the possibility to anticipate potential storage needs for Honda Manufacturing. For storing binders of various heights, shelves are adjustable by 1” increments with hooks for lighter binders, or by 1 ½” increments with supports for heavier binders. In the same section, hooks and supports can be used together.
